Buckwheat Baking Mix

All Purpose Buckwheat Baking Mix is uniquely blended with naturally nourishing ingredients to provide high nutritional value to the consumer. It is grain-free and gluten-free.  Buckwheat, the main ingredient, is not wheat but rather a pseudo-cereal that is high in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.  All other ingredients including chickpeas and sunflower seeds are included to maximize nourishment for the consumer.  Use Buckwheat Baking Mix in place of regular wheat flour to make gluten-free baked goods including pancakes, muffins, flatbread, and pasta.
